Aster Practitioners - This App is for healthcare service providers who intends to be part of Aster @ Home services on a contractual basis

Target audience for this application are healthcare service providers ( Doctor/Nurses/Phlebotomist / Physio & others ) who intend to provide at Home healthcare services. Anyone who is practicing as a Home healthcare service provider, is eligible to be part of this home-based healthcare service delivery platform, by enrolling in Aster DM Home healthcare program, on a contractual basis similar to "Uber Driver" model. The enrollment process enables them to have access to this app, which is an extension to the enterprise EMR (Electronic Medical Record system). The enrollment process follows the rules and guidelines set by Aster DM. After successful enrollment healthcare service providers, would be able to Log In using credentials shared by Aster team. App would offer them with features like view assignments for today, View order details, Navigate to patient address and mark the status of the appointment to complete an appointment.

With this Aster Practitioner App you can:

Download the app, and sign in- The credentials will be provided by the Aster @ Home admin team.

New Booking- You can view all your upcoming appointments, which are assigned to you on real time basis.

Manage your appointment - Easily manage and update your appointment status to en-route, arrived at the patient address, in turn enabling us to provide real time notifications to the customers. You will receive order notifications on your app with patient contact information.

The App helps you in servicing appointments across the city. Drive down to the patients address easily with the built in navigation feature of the Aster Practitioners App.

Check-in- check-out in the app on reaching patients address and after collecting the sample & payment (In case of post-paid orders only).

Real time notifications: Receive real time alerts of your new/upcoming appointments, locations updates, & any change in the existing booking.

Patient ratings: You can rate your patients based on your experience of your visit to the patient home.
